This wasn't my first trip to Granite Bay but it was an excellent one. The weather was great and the trails were not crowded. After a half dozen rides on my Kona I began to feel one with my machine. A couple more visits to this non-technical series of trails and I may be up for a different challenge. I hope this continues as I am trying to get out once a week in order to feel comfortable enough to hang with some friends coming out to visit in February.
